Primoris Energy Services in Sherman, Texas seeks a Civil Foreman to oversee daily field operations of civil construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time execution. You will supervise crews, coordinate resources, and uphold schedules.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in civil construction with 2+ years in supervision, read blueprints, manage safety, and communicate with managers, engineers, and subcontractors. OSHA 10/30 preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities of a civil construction crew, including grading, excavation, utility installation, and concrete work.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
• Implement and enforce all company and regulatory safety policies and procedures on-site.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Conduct daily safety meetings (toolbox talks) and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Operate and maintain various heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage and track material and equipment inventory on-site.
• Complete daily reports, progress logs, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
