Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience operating excavators on civil construction projects.
• Familiarity with Grade Control systems (Trimble, Topcon, Leica) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators to perform earthmoving, trenching, and site preparation tasks.
• Read blueprints and grade stakes to guide excavation and grading.
• Adjust machine controls for precision and efficiency.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain safety compliance and communicate clearly with crew on site.
