Responsibilities

• Review bid documents, drawings, and specs to produce precise estimates.
• Prepare and submit competitive proposals aligned with profit goals.
• Collaborate with the Chief Estimator on scope strategy, risk, and pricing.
• Support Project Managers, Procurement, and Executives during buyouts and negotiations.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, walkthroughs, and site visits.
• Develop pricing with vendors to meet project needs.
• Track estimating data and maintain bid logs.
• Take ownership of the estimate process and client relationships.
