Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience estimating for a Heavy Civil Contractor.
• Proficiency in relevant software required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates ranging from $500,000 to $20,000,000.
• Develop accurate estimates from conceptual, schematic, and final drawings.
• Identify constructability issues and value-engineering alternatives.

Skills

Estimating self-performed work

Proficiency in Microsoft Project

Experience estimating grading

Valid driver’s license

Education

4-year Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
