The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, project planning, project bidding, and using estimating software. They will be responsible for reviewing plans, specifications, and project documents to identify critical details and risks affecting pricing. They will also be expected to mentor and collaborate with junior staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Utilize estimating software (InEight, Bid2Win, or similar) to develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Review plans, specifications, and project documents to identify critical details, risks, and opportunities that affect pricing.

• Familiarity with construction of roads or highways is an advantage.
