Job Overview

ARRO Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and a passion for environmental engineering design, particularly in water and wastewater projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee complex environmental engineering projects using AutoCAD, including process/mechanical design for utility infrastructure such as pumping stations and treatment facilities.
• Lead hydraulic structure design, including pipelines, reservoirs, and water storage facilities, creating detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
• Contribute to BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit and similar tools to enhance design quality.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring best practices in CAD operations and design execution.
• Assist in project cost estimation and budgeting, monitoring expenditure and adjusting plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years with formal education, 11 years without).
• Proven experience in complex CAD drafting and design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and leadership ability to guide project teams.
