Qualifications

• Enrolled in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering program; preferred graduation within 1 year.
• Must be able to work part-time, max 25 hours per week; schedule varies with school.
• Must have reliable transportation to Merritt Island, FL.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Knowledge of ASCE, AWWA, FDEP, ICC, ASTM, UFC codes is a plus.
• Experience with Civil3D, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu or similar software is a plus.
• Valid/unrestricted driver's license

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams in various phases of project development, from concept design to implementation and testing.
• Support drafting personnel in creating deliverables that meet customer standards.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including design specs and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with project teams to keep information timely.
• Support implementation of Project Management Plans (PMP) and QC programs as assigned.
• Perform general duties such as project research, drafting tasks, and engineering analyses.
