Wade Trim is seeking an Engineering Summer Intern for our Community Design group in Fort Worth. You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering and have a valid driver's license.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required, and knowledge of GIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, or Revit is preferred. As an intern, you will support senior engineers with data analysis, prepare drawings, and assist with planning and design efforts across multiple departments, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• U.S. driver's license required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; knowledge of GIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation or Revit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineer with routine calculations.
• Obtain drawings from local municipalities.
• Analyze continuous flow and rainfall data.
• Copy and scan project drawings.
• Assist in developing spreadsheet tools.
• Take direction from project managers and engineers.
• Collaborate with Planning department.
• Collaborate with Design (structural) department.
• Collaborate with Hydraulic and Hydrology team.
• Communicate clearly with staff and clients.
• Maintain strong client relations.
• Uphold a safe working environment.
