You will collaborate with Traffic, Utility and Water Resource teams to develop designs and deliverables, participating in project team meetings and client interactions. The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 in-office / 2 remote) with a salary of $59,000–$70,000 and comprehensive benefits.
Our employee-owned team of multi-disciplined engineering and design professionals is looking for a CAD Designer / Technician who is excited to support the design of various transportation projects.
As a member of our team, you will work alongside other professionals to develop designs for highways, interchanges, roundabouts, and other roadway features in coordination with a multi-discipline team that also includes Traffic, Utility, and Water Resource Engineering.
Flexible work arrangements will be provided (3 days in office / 2 days WFH).

The listed salary range reflects base pay for candidates with 0-4 years of related experience. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities.
