Haley Ward is looking for a Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager for our Glastonbury, CT office. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, designing, and controlling the activities of projects to best accomplish the successful completion while operating within established schedules, budgets, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) policy constraints. Typical projects will entail Municipal Infrastructure Civil Engineering with an emphasis on site planning, permitting, and municipal infrastructure design.

The estimated range for this role is: $133,189 to $162,000 salary. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, location, market conditions, education/training, certifications, credentials, skills, and demonstrated proficiency for the role. Compensation is reviewed at least annually each year. Compensation is also adjusted throughout the year to recognize position advancement, responsibilities and licensure and/or certification.
