Job summary

Fehr Graham is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion, serve as a key client contact and help grow relationships and opportunities.

The role is based in our Sheboygan, Wisconsin office. You will oversee projects, mentor staff and contribute to firm growth while delivering high-quality civil engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience managing civil engineering projects and client relationships.
• Understanding of civil infrastructure and project delivery.
• Strong communication with clients, colleagues and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track.

What You'll Do

As a Civil Engineering Project Manager, you'll lead projects, work closely with clients and help teams deliver strong results. You'll also:

• Manage civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction

What It Takes

Ideally, you'll have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 10 years of civil engineering and project management experience. You should also:

• Hold a Professional Engineer license.
• Have experience managing projects and client relationships.
• Understand civil infrastructure and project delivery.
• Communicate well with clients, colleagues and project teams.
• Manage multiple priorities while keeping projects on track.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
