About us
LandWorx is an innovative, sustainable, community-centric exterior design firm. We fill the gap that exists between an idea and successful project completion. We concentrate on design to create functional and impactful spaces for our communities, clients, and team members.

This position requires a dynamic and experienced individual who can drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and overall community impacts. You will have a say in the projects that LandWorx takes on and how to approach them. You will also have training and support from experienced site engineers to learn and grow.

Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven atmosphere. Jump in to provide training, guidance, and some technical assistance with less experienced staff.
  • Client Interaction:
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates.
  • Team Management:
Build and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Provide mentorship and support to team members, promoting professional development.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met. Efficiently allocate resources and monitor project progress to maintain timelines and budget constraints.
  • Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold the company's commitment to excellence. Conduct regular project reviews to assess and enhance overall project performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in site-civil engineering and within the site development or construction industry.
  • Passionate about learning and growing in their career!
  • Understanding of project scopes, budgets, and management of people and processes.
  • Strong understanding of site development processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • A desire to have a positive impact on communities with their skillset!
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proficient in design (AutoCAD Civil 3d, drainage & stormwater modeling, etc.) and project management (Google Suite, Office, EOS, accounting principles, etc.) tools.
