BDI seeks a Program Manager to oversee engineering and field teams, delivering technical and management reports across DOTs, USACE, PUDs and general contractors. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, drive client satisfaction, and lead project scoping discussions with clients.

We expect a results-driven leader who can travel as needed, mentor junior staff, and ensure program delivery with a focus on safety and quality. A Civil Engineering degree with PM experience and EIT/P.E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PM experience in engineering services or civil construction.
• EIT and P.E. certification required.
• Willing to travel and work out in the field as required.

Responsabilités

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget across multiple clients.
• Lead client communications and proposal budgeting.
• Ensure safety standards and quality controls.
• Coordinate field teams and AutoCAD outputs.
• Support business development and mentoring of junior staff.
