The Civil Engineering Project Manager will oversee private-sector land and site-development projects from design through completion, balancing technical engineering, project management, and client relationships. You will lead a team of engineers, manage budgets, and mentor staff while delivering high-quality results in a on-site Nashville environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years civil engineering experience, with private-sector land and site development focus.
• PE license required (or eligible); Tennessee license/reciprocity preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple private-sector land and site-development projects from design to completion.
• Lead entitlement, site design, permitting, construction administration, and closeout.
• Manage 4–7 active projects concurrently with ~6–8 month average duration.
• Mentor and guide engineers and design professionals; ensure schedules, budgets and quality.
