This posting is for Summer 2027 New Graduate opportunities. IMEG is hiring a Civil Engineering New Grad in Ontario, CA to support civil engineering analysis, design, field inspections, report writing, permit applications, and site drainage and grading design. This entry-level role offers hands‑on design, analysis, and project execution experience, with mentorship, training, and opportunities to grow your expertise from day one. In this role, you will work within project budgets, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help develop practical solutions that meet project goals and client expectations. The team supports survey, transportation, and municipal work across Southern California and the Southwest, delivering resilient, environmentally responsible infrastructure.
Civil and survey work across Southern California and the Southwest, from Anaheim and Pasadena to Las Vegas and Scottsdale. Site civil and ADA design for major clients including Toyota and Kaiser Permanente medical facilities. Strong K-12 and higher‑education portfolio, including modular classroom builds and campus sewer improvements. Recent work includes Kaiser Medical Center Ontario, Healthcare; McKinley School Relocatable Classrooms, Education; and Toyota NAPCC Fencing, Industrial.
