The ideal candidate will have experience with wastewater treatment facilities, drinking water supply, and/or urban transportation design or construction. Job Responsibilities:

1. Setting goals, monitoring, and implementing the team’s short and long-term vision as part of the annual business plan.
2. Managing scope, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, client communications, staffing, and budget throughout the project lifecycle, from pursuit to delivery.
3. Leading and mentoring colleagues on transportation-related projects.
4. Developing and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.
5. Communicating effectively internally and externally.
6. Assisting in determining staffing needs, recruiting, and retaining staff.
7. Administering the JT Quality Assurance process for all projects.

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including project leadership.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Wisconsin or ability to obtain it.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to worksites and meetings.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the country where this position is located.
• Occasional out-of-town and overnight travel for professional development and project work.
