Job summary

ISHE seeks a seasoned Professional Engineer to lead its civil engineering team. You will provide technical and operational leadership across the organization, overseeing projects, developing talent, maintaining quality, and working closely with operations, project management, sales and executive leadership.

The role requires an Idaho PE license, 8+ years of civil engineering experience, and strong communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in Civil 3D is preferred.
