Jobot is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering Leader to guide a Nashville-based team in delivering infrastructure projects with emphasis on stormwater management, hydrology, and environmental engineering. You will oversee design and development, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor engineers and technicians to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience focused on stormwater, hydrology, environmental, grading, and site development.
• Proven leadership in managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Proficiency with design/visualization software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong project management and ability to oversee multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and technicians.
• Oversee development of plans, specifications, cost estimates and schedules.
• Apply stormwater, hydrology, enviro, grading, and Civil 3D to craft solutions.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to verify engineering standards.
• Mentor team members and foster continuous learning.
• Perform risk assessments and mitigation planning.
