Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license in Wisconsin required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience in infrastructure design and project leadership.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead and execute complex civil design projects, directing cross-functional teams from concept through final construction.
• Orchestrate full project delivery with accountability for quality, schedule, scope, and fees.
• Develop proposals, plan execution schedules, and lead fee estimation and technical scope writing.
• Cultivate key client relationships to secure repeat business and growth.
• Mentor junior staff to build technical capability and maintain quality standards.
