Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in civil land development.
• Arizona PE license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, supervise, coordinate technical work and satisfy clients.
• Proven track record of client interaction including initiating contacts, negotiating contracts and securing referrals.
• Civil3D knowledge and capabilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of the design team and subconsultants to meet project schedules and budgets.
• Provide technical directions to ensure high-quality civil engineering services.
• Develop scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract language.
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Maintain and develop client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff to ensure project success.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Apply strong civil engineering knowledge to project tasks.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil3D for design coordination and drafting.
• Demonstrate sound judgement and organizational skills in a team environment.
• Deliver accurate work while meeting multiple deadlines.

• Experience in site development and/or residential projects

Requirements
