LJB Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering Co-op in Dallas, Texas to learn and contribute on municipal infrastructure projects under supervision.

You will draft plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, assist with drainage, site grading, and permit applications, and participate in data analysis and field visits while supporting project managers and engineers.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and pursuing an accredited civil engineering degree, entering junior or senior year.

Qualifications

• Must be a civil engineering major at an accredited university.
• Must be entering their Junior or Senior year.
• Basic proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D is preferred but not required
• Some travel may be required
• U.S. citizenship required

Responsabilités

• Support civil engineering projects focused on municipal infrastructure planning and design.
• Perform routine engineering tasks under close supervision using established standards.
• Assist with drainage design, site grading, and permit applications.
• Contribute to site and roadway design, utilities, and construction drafting.
• Develop project quantities and cost estimates; participate in field visits as needed
