Job summary

Barge Design Solutions is seeking a student intern for Summer 2027 in civil engineering. The role involves hands-on collaboration with project teams, supporting engineers, and preparing construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation.

Position is full-time, in-person in Knoxville, TN, with a paid internship and mentorship from senior engineers. Applicants must be pursuing Civil Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Major is Civil Engineering and GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Minimum age 18 years old and currently enrolled full-time.

Responsibilities

You Will Gain Experience In

Education & Experience Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree from an accredited university
• Major: Civil Engineering
• Current GPA of 3.0 or higher
• You must be at least 18 years of age.

Additional Details

• This is a paid internship working full-time hours (40) per week.
• This is an in-person work opportunity.
• Interns are not eligible for company benefits.
