Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking Civil Engineering Interns and Early Career Engineers to begin careers across infrastructure, environmental, and engineering disciplines with a focus on the University of Louisville's upcoming and recent graduates. Opportunities span Water Resources, Structural, Construction, Environmental, and Transportation engineering.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Interest in one or more of the following areas: Water Resources, Structural, Construction, Environmental, Transportation Engineering.
• Exposure to engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, GIS, HEC-RAS, hydraulic modeling software, or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, analysis, and design of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Support water resources and stormwater projects including drainage, hydrology, hydraulics, flood management, and watershed work.
• Assist with structural engineering projects including calculations, analysis, and design documentation.
• Support transportation projects including roadway, highway, drainage, traffic, and multimodal infrastructure.
• Assist with construction engineering activities including field observations, documentation, quantity tracking, and scheduling.
