STV, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to contribute to meaningful projects. The hybrid role requires at least 3 days per week in the office, with preference for a 3+ month commitment and potential for full-time scheduling.

You will support design efforts from concept to completion, collaborate with architects and engineers, and assist with technical reports, development applications, and client coordination.

Qualificações

• Pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering at ABET-accredited University or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MicroStation, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and/or Open Roads Designer.
• Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in designing civil engineering projects from conceptualization through to completion, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, environmental engineers, and stakeholders to integrate project elements.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address project issues and ensure success.
• Support feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to inform design.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, narratives, and development applications.
• Contribute to engineering designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Open Roads Designer.
• Learn and apply current engineering standards and procedures on projects.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals and documentation for projects.
• Perform other tasks to support project goals and team objectives.

STV is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship offers an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates to work alongside our experienced team, learn, and contribute to meaningful projects. This hybrid position requires at least 3 days a week in the office. Preference will be given to those who can participate in the internship for at least 3 months and can work full-time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing civil engineering projects from conceptualization through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, environmental engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate various project elements seamlessly.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address project-related issues and ensure project success.
• Provide support in conducting feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to inform project design and development.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, narratives, and development applications.
• Contribute to the development of engineering designs and work with engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Learn and apply current engineering standards and procedures to assigned projects.
• Provide assistance with the preparation of technical proposals and documentation for engineering projects.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support project goals and team objectives.

Required

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited University or NCEES equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of MicroStation, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and/or Open Roads Designer.
• Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry.

Compensation Range:

$54,810.00 - $62,284.00
