Job summary

HDR is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 in Maryland. You will gain real-world experience on transportation projects within HDR’s Transportation Business Group, mentored by professionals and connected with recent graduates.

Preferred candidates are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program with a 3.0+ GPA, and have basic Microsoft Office skills. Local candidates are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
• Local candidates preferred

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
