Job summary
Dynamic Engineering is seeking a motivated Intern to perform due diligence investigations and preliminary design for site layouts across a variety of retail, commercial, industrial, and residential projects in New Jersey. You will review zoning regulations, prepare site reports, concept plans, and preliminary grading and stormwater layouts using AutoCAD.
Candidates pursuing a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 0-2 years’ experience and a valid driver’s license are encouraged to apply; strong
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 0-2 years’ experience in Civil Site Engineering (residential/commercial).
- Familiar with AutoCAD and basic design tools.
Responsibilities
- Review municipal zoning and land development ordinances to determine land development limitations.
- Prepare Site Investigation and Due Diligence Reports and Conceptual Site Plans.
- Prepare preliminary Grading Plans and Design, including stormwater and utilities.
- Assist with technical reports and correspondence to agencies and clients.
- Leverage AutoCAD and design tools to support site engineering tasks.
