Job summary

Olsson's Site Design team provides design services for retail, commercial, mixed-use, and residential land development projects. As a summer 2027 civil engineering student intern, you will perform meaningful, hands-on, real-world work that will transform your classroom experience and help you envision your future career.

You’ll assist with creating construction plans for sites that can include site layout, grading, stormwater, and utilities in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in civil engineering.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; Civil 3D is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating construction plans for sites including layout, grading, stormwater, and utilities in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Perform research, write technical reports, and travel to job sites as needed.
