Job summary

Civil Design, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to support site, transportation, structures and water resources projects. You will gain hands-on experience, work with a collaborative team, and contribute to real design tasks while pursuing a Civil Engineering degree.

Ideal candidates are full- or part-time students with fundamentals in surveying, drafting, and good communication. Hours are 30–40 per week, with an ESOP-friendly culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a full or part time student seeking a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering fundamentals, surveying, drafting, and general civil engineering design/construction practices.
• Ability to assist in the field or on job sites.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff in a team environment.
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new concepts.
