Qualifications

• Interest in heavy construction such as site-work, roads or environmental.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Assist in giving Toolbox Safety Talks, daily safety huddles, and maintain records.
• Payments: Perform daily quantity review with superintendent and enter daily quantities.
• Daily Logs: Maintain general, shop drawing, subcontractor, and delivery logs.
• Certified Payroll, EEO, Trainee Reports: Track subcontractors and payroll by task to aid productivity.
• Miscellaneous: Maintain project records, issue RFIs, assist in material purchasing and schedule look-ahead.
