Job summary

Stratus designs spaces and infrastructure across civic, commercial, industrial and transportation sectors. The Civil Engineering Intern will support on site development, grading and drainage projects, gaining hands-on exposure to civil design tools, field conditions, and multidisciplinary coordination under senior staff.

You will assist with drawings and calculations, participate in meetings and site visits, and learn how projects are developed from concept to documentation while building

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Completion of relevant engineering, design, or technical coursework.
• Basic understanding of civil engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with civil drawings, calculations, reports, data collection, and other project documentation.
• Support grading, drainage, utility, roadway, and site layout design and coordination.
• Participate in project meetings, site visits, field observations, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
