Kimley-Horn is seeking engineering student interns for our Virginia Beach, VA office. This is not a remote position and offers an hourly rate of $27–$28.

Interns will assist with analysis, design and project delivery using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, and other industry tools. You will learn regulatory requirements and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on diverse civil projects.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Majors include Civil/Environmental or related engineering fields.
• Eligible majors include Mechanical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, Agricultural Engineering or Engineering Technology.

Aufgaben

• Analyze, produce, and QC deliverables using technical software on a regular basis.
• Contribute to pre-construction civil design, planning, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
• Collaborate across disciplines to realize clients’ visions for the future built environment.
• Learn software programs specific to disciplines, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS.
