Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: No experience required for students in ABET programs.
• EDUCATION: 90 hours toward Civil Engineering degree from ABET-accredited program by start of internship (Summer 2027).
• SPECIAL SKILLS: Basic AutoCAD skills.
• PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATIONS: Student ASCE Chapter Membership or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, logs and summarizes field notes or data for technical studies.
• Establishes and maintains records or files of technical data or documents.
• Performs mathematical calculations.
• Performs routine drafting and CAD assignments.
• Assists in preparing graphic displays and presentation materials.
