Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor's program in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; spreadsheet experience preferred.
• Experience with CAD/design software (AutoCAD/Civil 3D/MicroStation/Revit/ArcGIS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in applying engineering and design principles and techniques.
• Assist with reviewing site plans for compliance with applicable standards.
• Participate in construction observation to ensure project specifications are met.
• Assist survey crews on-site and gain exposure to land surveying methods and field techniques.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, exhibits, and technical documentation.
• Gather and organize data from field visits or research to support project planning.
• Collaborate with project teams and attend internal meetings to gain exposure to real-world project workflows.
