Job description

Performs professional engineering for projects related to the water and sewer infrastructure of the City. Develops and reviews engineering standards, provides customer service to property owners, and oversees development of water and sewer improvements.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited* college or university in Civil Engineering, or related field.

At least one (1) year of experience in the practice of civil, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering or related engineering field.

Valid Texas Driver License. If applicant holds an out-of-state license, a State of Texas Driver License must be obtained within 6 months of employment

Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) License is required. (Copies of certifications must be attached to application)
