Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; able to prepare entitlement documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exhibits and design drawings using AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Coordinate with agency staff and internal teams on designs, analysis, and issues.
• Prepare entitlement documents in support of Tentative Maps, Vacations, Zone Changes, Entitlements, etc.
