Job summary
GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a motivated senior leader to advance the civil engineering practice in the Ohio River Valley.
The role focuses on leading multi-disciplined infrastructure projects, client management, and business development for both private and public opportunities in the greater region. The candidate will oversee sales activity, work with senior leadership on strategic plans, and guide responses to RFPs and RFQs, ensuring profitable delivery while expanding GAI's regional
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited Institution.
- 15+ years of Civil Engineering experience; 5+ in the local market preferred.
- Must be a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Indiana or able to obtain within 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Provide sales and client management for existing and new strategic clients.
- Lead multi-disciplined infrastructure projects for the region.
- Develop responses for cost proposals, RFPs, and RFQs with technical staff.
- Develop project management plans focusing on budget and schedule control to maximize client satisfaction and profitability.
- Negotiate contracts and assist with annual strategic planning.
- Represent the practice in leadership roles and professional organizations.
