Job summary

CORRE, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a highly motivated civil engineering or civil technician co-op to support on-site inspections, perform engineering calculations, and assist with CAD designs on multiple construction projects.

You will use Microstation/AutoCAD, assist with survey tasks, and coordinate with engineers. The role may require overtime; relocation and housing are not provided; work authorization in the U.S. is required and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with State Department of Transportation and local agency procedures for construction and design.
• Experience using MicroStation/AutoCAD software or similar.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of general survey practices and equipment.
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to provide own means of reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspection for construction projects.
• Perform engineering calculations and assist with project documentation.
• Utilize computer aided drafting to prepare designs and plan sheets.
• Support Engineers with day-to-day tasks associated with multiple disciplined projects.
• Assist with survey duties on construction or other projects.
