Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking engineering graduates to join our Rogers, Arkansas office in 2027. This is not a remote position.

You will use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, GIS and other tools to analyze, design and deliver client projects, learn local regulations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

ABET-accredited degree required in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Biosystems, Chemical or Agricultural engineering, or Engineering Technology.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required by Summer 2027.
• Majors listed include Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, Agricultural, or Engineering Technology.
• Proficiency with technical software and collaboration across disciplines is expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
• Assist in pre-construction civil design, planning, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
• Collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions for the built environment.
• Learn and apply federal, state, and local regulations and company standards.
• Gain familiarity with software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS.

ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters)
