Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of Civil Engineering experience.
• Experience with engineering design review and construction support.
• Strong knowledge of RFIs, NCRs, submittals, and contract scope management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings, submittals, and technical documentation.
• Manage RFIs, NCRs, and construction documentation.
• Support construction activities and resolve field engineering issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, EPC contractors, environmental teams, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Support planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and project execution activities.
