Job summary

KPFF Consulting Engineers is seeking a Civil Engineer in Long Beach, CA, to join our Special Projects Division. You will work on heavy civil and industrial infrastructure projects, focusing on site development, design, and client service in a collaborative team environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 3+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and preferred Civil 3D/MicroStation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum three years of full-time experience in civil/site development engineering design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.
• Proficiency and experience in AutoCAD for construction document creation.
• Preferred familiarity with Civil 3D and MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Civil Design and Development: apply engineering expertise to diverse projects and collaborate on innovative solutions.
• Work on waterfront and industrial developments, driving successful outcomes.
• Learn to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies across projects.
