Orion Placement in New Windsor, NY is hiring a Civil Engineer for full-time, on-site work. You will design and support water/wastewater, stormwater, and municipal infrastructure projects, prepare plans and reports, and collaborate with clients and regulators.

1+ years of civil engineering experience and a BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited university are required; EIT/PE is a plus, local candidates only.

Join our collaborative in-office team in the beautiful Hudson Valley, where you'll work closely with colleagues on meaningful engineering projects.

Note

We're looking for Civil Engineers with 1+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering, including municipal infrastructure, water/wastewater, or stormwater projects. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university is required. We welcome both developing engineers and experienced professionals, including licensed Professional Engineers (PEs). Candidates must be local or within commuting distance and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional civil engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.

• Strong technical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage technical responsibilities.
• EIT certification or PE license is a plus for general applicants. Senior-level candidates must have a PE license, 5+ years of experience, and water/wastewater experience.
