You will manage complex programs from concept to delivery, mentor staff, and apply hydrologic analyses to improve water infrastructure and roadways. Candidates should be licensed in New Mexico with 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Professional Civil Engineer (PE) licensed in New Mexico.
• 5–10 years of demonstrated expertise in a similar role.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of roadway and stormwater projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Apply technical expertise to solve complex engineering challenges and mentor junior engineers.
• Lead hydrologic and hydraulic studies to support drainage planning and stormwater solutions.
• Design and model infrastructure using Civil 3D AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS; prepare construction plan sets.
• Support project budgeting, cost estimation, and resource management throughout the lifecycle.
