Job Responsibilities:

• Leading a project team to ensure quality work
• Developing, monitoring, and managing project budgets
• Managing project scope, schedule, and staffing
• Communicating effectively with clients
• Ensuring project-specific delivery requirements are met
• Leading project pursuits, securing contracts, negotiating agreements, and providing updates
• Mentoring, guiding, and developing staff
• Building and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships

Other Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• 7+ years of relevant experience with project leadership
• Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical competence in developing and managing project budgets
• Knowledge of client standards and Quality Control processes
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the country where the position is located
• Ability to travel occasionally for professional development or project work
