Job Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to ensure quality work
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and staffing
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Ensure project-specific delivery requirements are met
  • Lead project pursuits, secure contracts, negotiate agreements, and provide updates
  • Mentor and guide staff development
  • Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with colleagues and utilize internal resources for professional growth
  • Administer JT's Quality Assurance processes for all projects
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, including project leadership
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technical competence in project budgeting
  • Knowledge of client standards and Quality Control processes
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the country
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for work or professional development
