Requires BS or MS in Civil Engineering, strong communication, teamwork, organization, and willingness to meet fast-paced schedules; PE license preferred. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• PE license is preferred depending on experience.
• Subject to client-mandated drug and background checking.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop design criteria and structure design for substations.
• Specify tubular steel structures and foundations.
• Design retaining/perimeter walls, roads and drainage.
• Prepare ACAD Civil 3D drawings.
• Possibly perform project management tasks such as scoping, budgeting, scheduling.
• Interface with clients and report on projects.
