GRAEF in Madison, WI is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for its Site Development team. The role offers learning challenges and the opportunity to work on high‑profile municipal projects.

You will design site development components including roadways, grading, drainage, and utilities; prepare local, state and federal permit applications; and collaborate with clients and internal teams. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of Wisconsin design experience are required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of design experience in site development, grading, drainage, storm water management, and permitting in Wisconsin.
• Professional registration as a PE is a plus.
• Experience with Civil 3D, hydrology, and hydraulic software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design of site development and municipal projects, including roadways, site grading, storm drainage, and site utilities; and provide construction assistance.
• Prepare local, state and federal permit applications.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.
• Engage professionally in society activities.
