Haskell is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Jacksonville, FL headquarters and support multiple markets including Healthcare, Federal, Municipal, Education, Aviation, and Manufacturing.

You will produce innovative, cost-effective designs, drawings, and specifications, while maintaining professional registration and sign/seal documents prepared under supervision. The role supports construction with field coordination and permit compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 3+ years of civil design experience required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with Civil 3D, ICPR, and permitting with AHJs is required.

Responsabilités

• Apply knowledge of civil engineering applications in conceptual design and project strategy.
• Design and analyze hydrology, hydraulics, site utilities and erosion sediment control.
• Prepare drawings, calculations, and specifications; coordinate with permitting authorities.
• Support construction with field observations, RFIs, and submittal reviews.
