Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with 8+ years of Land Development experience to collaborate with the Office Lead, providing quality services to clients. This role involves remote work from Columbus, reporting to our Canton office. The Senior Engineer will oversee and manage the production of design plans including site plans, grading, erosion controls, access roads, utility and storm drainage plans, and related documentation.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of civil or utility-related engineering experience
• PE License (preferred)
• Expertise in site layout, grading, stormwater, and erosion control design
• Civil utility design experience
• Construction and constructability expertise related to design drawings and field issues
• Foundation and geotechnical knowledge
• Experience in specification writing
• Ability to mentor junior engineers is a plus
