$80,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Position Summary:

Civil Engineer

Specializations: Roadway, Land Development, Water Resources

HC Solutions Group specializes in placing Civil Engineering professionals. We have partnered with clients in Raleigh, NC, offering opportunities in Roadway/Transportation, Land/Site Development, and Water Resources. We are recruiting Civil Design Engineers to design, plan, and oversee transportation, land development, and water resource projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to establish timelines and designs
• Create diagrams, visual aids, and prepare design specifications
• Execute projects based on outlined criteria
• Design new civil engineering projects for public or private sectors
• Analyze data and prepare reports, maps, and budgets
• Meet with project managers, clients, and government officials to discuss planning
• Develop plans to repair or replace existing infrastructure
• Stay updated on zoning laws and regulations

These are full-time, permanent positions with hybrid and onsite schedules. Remote options depend on location and role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• PE license preferred; EIT or ABET-accredited graduates considered for non-managerial roles
• Experience in land development, water/wastewater, water resources, transportation, traffic, environmental, or geotechnical engineering
• Proficiency with Civil3D, OpenRoad, WaterCAD, HydroCAD, or MicroStation software
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and design skills
