Qualifikationen

• Must have Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Engineer in Training designation and FE exam passed before start date.
• Understanding of AASHTO and ASCE standards and policies.
• Familiarity with Wisconsin DOT procedures is a plus.
• Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D for earthwork on construction projects.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and own transportation.
• Ability to travel, including long drives, overnight trips, in rural or urban areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no sponsorship.
• Must be available for night work, weekends, and flexible scheduling.
• Soft skills: team player attitude, openness to feedback, adaptability, active listening, and work ethic.
• Physical requirements: walking five miles or more in a day on uneven terrain, heavy lifting, keyboard use.
